They did get back to me, they were friendly and easy to deal with. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting... but once they replied, they explained everything clearly and fixed the issue without turning it into a big headache.

So overall, I’m happy with the experience. Not completely perfect because of the wait, but the support itself was good. I’d use them again.
